We know the uncertainty that can come with buying a gently used designer handbag, however our policies and practices ensure that every bag we sell is 100% authenticity guaranteed. Please read below to find out how you can be rest assured that your handbag passes all authentication qualifications. Lola wants to make sure the handbag you're purchasing is the handbag you love, which is why we have the following return policies (and shipping policies) also listed below. HOW CAN I TRUST MY BAG IS 100% AUTHENTIC?

Every piece we list goes through a rigorous 40 point in house inspection and is pre-authenticated prior to listing. In addition, each piece is authenticated through our third party partner, and a third party certificate of authenticity is provided upon request.

Photographs for each listing are unique to the bag for sale that the customer will receive. Even if it is the exact same model, we will never re-use photos. Each pre-owned and vintage bag has it's own unique characteristics, and we are committed to showing the true beauty of each individual piece. 

All of our items come with a money-back guarantee on authenticity. That means that we are so confident in our products and our authentication processes in place, that we guarantee the authenticity of this item to the point where if you ever were to find it not authentic, we would refund the amount of your initial purchase price.

Shipping & Return policies

For pre-owned bags:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item for a refund within three (3) calendar days of receipt of your item (does not have to reach us in 3 days, but must be dropped off/tracking provided within 3 days). The item must be in the same condition in which it was received, and our tamper-proof security tag MUST still be on the bag and untampered. A $100 fee applies to any handbags returned with missing dustbag or box. A $250 fee applies to any bags returned with missing authenticity cards (CHANEL). 

Please provide tracking information for your return shipment for us to note it has been shipped back within three days of receipt. We will process your refund within two business days of receipt of the returned package - we require this time to open the package and verify its contents. You can return your package to the Saratoga Springs NY address on the return instructions page in your package. 

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

For ALL ITEMS:
For any and all issues where you are returning an item due to authenticity (which has never happened and will never happen in our boutique), we will issue a 100% money-back reimbursement. See our above "Authenticity Policy" for more info. 

There is NO DEADLINE or expiration for this policy. Selling a fake is a federal crime, and every consumer who purchases a counterfeit should be aware that they are entitled to not only get their money back from any fraudulent seller, but should also request the seller be prosecuted by the federal government to the fullest extent of the law.
